Attorney Jeffrey T. Tucker Speaks at PASBO Workshop

Attorney Jeffrey Tucker was an instructor for the Kulpsville installment of the 2007-2008 Workshop Series for the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO). This course, which was held on April 11 at the Best Western in Towamencin, Kulpsville, provided a foundation of the laws that affect day-to-day operations of school business offices and surveyed the body of laws that direct the total school operation. Topics included: purchasing and bidding, taxation laws, the law of board organization and operation, working in school organizations, parliamentary procedure and additional laws affecting business office operation.
