Attorney Kirby G. Upright, LLM, CPA., presented "Beneficiary Rights -- Protecting the Beneficiary and the Trustee" and a "Legal Ethics Update" December 10-11, 2009 at 16th Annual Estate Law Institute for PBI at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Attorney Upright is chair of KingSpry's Estate Planning and Trust Administration Law Practice Group. He is a frequent lecturer and author of articles on a variety of estate matters and is a member of the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee for the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
