Attorney Kent Herman Elected Treasurer of

Lehigh Valley Planning Commission

KingSpry is pleased to announce that Attorney Kent H. Herman, of King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul LLC has been elected as Treasurer of the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission at its annual meeting last week. Mr. Herman has served on the Commission since 2008.

The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission consists of 37 members who are appointed by Lehigh and Northampton Counties. The purpose of the Commission is to coordinate orderly growth, development and redevelopment of the Lehigh Valley in order to improve the social and economic climate of our region. As part of his legal practice, Mr. Herman handles affordable housing matters for private developers, lenders, community non-profits and public entities including the Lehigh County and Easton Housing Authorities. He also serves as counsel for the Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority.
