Attorney Kirby G. Upright Speaks At PBA Annual Meeting

Attorney Kirby G. Upright was invited to serve on the CLE faculty for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Retreat, held in conjunction with the 2008 PBA Annual Meeting at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania from June 4 -6, 2008. Mr. Upright is a partner with KingSpry, concentrating his practice in the area of estate planning and trust, as well as estate administration. His presentation was on Wednesday, June 4th from 9-10am and focused on “Recent Developments in Real Estate and Probate.”
