Lehigh Valley Planning Commission

Attorney Kent H. Herman has been appointed by The Lehigh County Board of Commissioners to the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission. The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission was formed by Lehigh and Northampton Counties in 1961 to create a comprehensive plan to guide orderly growth in Lehigh and Northampton Counties. The purpose of the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission is to promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the Lehigh Valley region in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
