Michael A. Santanasto Joins KingSpry

King, Spry, Herman, Freund, & Faul, LLC is pleased to announce that Michael A. Santanasto has joined the firm as a member of its growing Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups.

Mr. Santanasto earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Saint Joseph’s University and he earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden. While at Rutgers, he served as President of the Environmental Law Society; provided pro bono bankruptcy counseling services; and participated in the South Jersey Small Business Development Center. He also interned in the General Counsel’s office for IESI Corp., an environmental services company headquartered in Texas.

During his final year at Rutgers, Mr. Santanasto completed a directed research project on the South African Constitution and traveled to South Africa to meet with South Africa’s Constitutional Court.

Mr. Santanasto is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association.
