Attorney Jessica Moyer Publishes Opinion on Contractual Child Support After Death of Obligor

King, Spry, Herman, Freund, & Faul, LLC is proud to announce that  Associate Jessica F. Moyer published an opinion in the October 2009 issue of the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, a publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

In her article, Ms. Moyer reviewed the facts on the Pennsylvania Superior Court case In re Estate of Johnson, noting that the case reviewed several important issues relating to the obligations of estates to continue support obligation after the payor's death per Martial Dissolution Agreements.

Ms. Moyer is a member of the Council of the PBA Family Law Section and a member of the Northampton County Bar Association Family Law Section. She concentrates her practice for KingSpry in the Family Law and Education Law departments.
