KingSpry Attorneys Present at IU 20 Workshop

On Thursday, August 7th, KingSpry attorneys John E. Freund, III, and Deirdre J. Kamber led a legal workshop as part of the Colonial Intermediate Unit 20’s Summer Administrative Workshop at the Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania. Attorney Freund, who is the chair of KingSpry’s Education Law Practice Group, presented “Legal Issues Affecting the Business and Human Resources Offices,” with a look at the Fair Standards Labor Act by employment law expert Attorney Kamber and a “potpourri” review of cases and legislation enacted since last year. Also, Attorney Jeff Tucker examined “Protocol for Evaluation of Professional Staff” and “Act 151 of 1994.”
