Attorney James Swartz President Elect of Bar Association of Lehigh County

KingSpry is pleased to announce that Attorney James F. Swartz was elected “President-Elect” for the Bar Association of Lehigh County (BALC) at their annual business meeting, Thursday, January 14, 2010. Attorney Swartz, who served as the BALC Vice President for 2009, will become President next year.

Attorney Swartz concentrates his practice in the areas of Insurance Law and General and Estate Litigation. He is a Civil Trial Advocate, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, which indicates that he met the rigorous standards approved by the U.S. Supreme Court and the American Bar Association for trial attorneys.

Due to his extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation, Mr. Swartz has presented Continuing Legal Education programs relating to personal injury settlements for the National Business Institute and presented Auto Law Practice Tips for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

A graduate of Moravian College, Mr. Swartz received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport School of Law.
