KingSpry Sponsored PBS Channel 39's Women's History Month Essay Contest

KingSpry was the sponsor of PBS Channel 39's Women's History Month Essay Contest that ran March 1-31, 2007. Students in grades 9-12 were encouraged to write a 750-word essay about a woman in their life that inspired them.

As the sponsor of the contest, KingSpry assembled a panel of judges from the Education Law Practice Group to read the essays. After much deliberation, the Education Law Practice Group chose one winner from each grade. An awards ceremony was held at the PBS Channel 39 Studios on Tuesday, May 15, 2007. Each winner received $500 from KingSpry.
