KingSpry is a
Pennsylvania law firm which, together with its
predecessors, has provided comprehensive legal
service to business, insurance, professional,
education, personal and municipal clients for almost 40 years. Our lawyers possess the highest
level of professional integrity and are dedicated to
providing personalized service in a responsive,
creative manner.
KingSpry recognizes that changes
in the marketplace are occurring more rapidly than
ever before. We continue to successfully meet
the current needs of our diverse clients in the ever
expanding communities where they live, work and
conduct business. Whether it be a matter concerning
business, real estate, litigation, municipal
finance, education, domestic law or estate planning
and administration, we remain committed to
delivering the traditional high standards of
competence, integrity and service that has been
recognized as a hallmark of our firm.

KingSpry has
evolved from the affiliation of two established law
firms: King, Herman, Freund, Swartz & Reid; and Turtzo, Spry, Sbrocchi, Faul & LaBarre.
E. Drummond
King, Esquire began practicing in Allentown in 1961 and formed a practice that initially focused on
defense litigation in 1970. He was later joined by Kent H.
Herman, John E. Freund, III, James F. Swartz, III and
Kevin C. Reid.
Donald F. Spry, II returned to his
hometown of Bangor and began practicing with Edmund
P. Turtzo in 1973 in the general practice of law.
Domenic P. Sbrocchi and Terence L. Faul later joined
the firm.
On January 1, 2001, the firm of King,
Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul, LLC was founded. The
members decided that their Pennsylvania-based
practice would best grow and thrive with a main
office located in Bethlehem. Since its inception,
KingSpry has upheld the
traditions of its predecessor firms,
addressing the expanding needs of
clients in a progressive and proactive manner.
In July 2002, Jerome B. Frank and Paul S.
Frank, former partners in the Allentown firm of
Frank, Frank, Penn & Frank, joined the firm, and in
January 2004, Kirby G. Upright, a Monroe County practitioner with a statewide practice,
became a member of the firm. KingSpry attorneys
now assist clients with their legal matters from
their Allentown, Bethlehem, Stroudsburg and
Pittsburgh offices. |
