Attorney Ellen Schurdak Named to Mediation Panel for Monroe County

Monroe County Courthouse has created a program in which judges and/or litigants can send a case to a panel member for mediation in the hopes of reaching a resolution so that the costs and uncertainties of a trial can be avoided.
Interested attorneys of the Monroe County Bar Association may attend mediation training and apply for a panel seat.
