Terence L. Faul practices in the areas of business law, real estate law, and contracts. His clients include businesses that range from those that are multi-national in scope, such as Majestic Athletic, Hovus, Inc. Poretta & Orr, Inc. to those with a wholly local focus, such as Billy's Downtown Diner in Bethlehem. In his over 30 years of practice, he has been involved in all phases of a business practice - acquisitions and start-ups, financing, licensing, contractor and employment issues, and the multiple contract issues that businesses face on a daily basis. His real estate practice is concentrated in commercial transactions and real estate development issues, but he frequently represents buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
Mr. Faul has served as Solicitor to the Pen Argyl Municipal Authority for more than 25 years, and has been involved in the United Way Campaign and Historic Bethlehem.
Mr. Faul is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Northampton County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. |
