Domenic P. Sbrocchi is chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution group and a member of the Education Law Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group. He currently focuses his practice in commercial and personal injury litigation and as a mediator and arbitrator, from both the plaintiff and defense side, as well as in education law. A civil litigator since 1974, Mr. Sbrocchi was also a part-time Assistant District Attorney for Northampton County from 1979 to 1983. Mr. Sbrocchi's quasi-judicial experience includes: court appointment as a master, auditor, and arbitrator; service with the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator; and appointment by agreement of private parties as an arbitrator and a mediator.

Mr. Sbrocchi received his B.S. in Psychology with high distinction from Pennsylvania State University in 1970. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in 1973. He served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Alfred T. Williams of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County prior to entering private practice in 1974.

Mr. Sbrocchi is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Northampton County Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He has also been admitted to all of the Appellate Courts of Pennsylvania; the United States District Court - Eastern District and Middle District; the United States Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court.

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Lorman Education Services, and the National Business Institute have utilized Mr. Sbrocchi's services as a lecturer, and his most recent presentations have dealt with construction law-related topics.
