One of the founders of the original law firm, Mr. King now specializes in the practice areas of municipal finance, general commercial law, and estates. Mr. King is one of the most experienced municipal bond lawyers Pennsylvania. He has 30 years of municipal bond experience and has supervised or participated directly in well over $2 billion worth of municipal debt issues. He has been solicitor for Northwestern Lehigh School District for more than 30 years. Well-known and respected throughout the Lehigh Valley area, Mr. King is a member and past president of the Lehigh County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. King graduated from Yale University and received his law degree from the University of Virginia.
