Gilsbach, Esq. will be joined by guest speakers Ellen Faliskie, Assistant Superintendent of Western Wayne School District, and the Honorable Bonnie Carney to discuss the new requirements, policy do’s and don’t’s, procedural best practices, and legally-defensible practices for notifying parents and families.
