Cancellation Policy
We know that emergencies sometimes do occur and we want to be as flexible as possible for our clients, so if anyone has to cancel their registration up to 48 hours in advance of an event, we will return their payment and/or cancel their invoice.
After that, you may choose to send someone else in your place or apply your seminar fee as a credit toward another event of equal value.
For our Lunch & Learns, Celebrity Chats, or other free events, we ask that notice of cancellation is given as soon as possible as a courtesy so that those seats might be opened up to others.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, please use your best judgment regarding your attendance. If you decide to cancel, please contact KingSpry at 610-332-0390 ext 257 and let us know of your change in plans. Our regular cancellation policy will apply, that you may choose another session of equal value.
If several people are unable to attend due to weather, we will consider rerunning the session at a later date. If KingSpry cancels the session for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.
