Jeffrey T. Tucker is a member of the Education Law Practice Group. His areas of concentration include discrimination proceedings before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the EEOC; labor negotiations, grievance and unfair labor practice cases; and employee and student discipline matters. Mr. Tucker has lectured throughout Pennsylvania on education, procurement, and employment law.
Mr. Tucker graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Dickinson Law Review. From 1977-1981, he was a captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Army. While assigned to South Korea, Mr. Tucker handled U.S. and Korean civilian employee matters as labor counsel for the U.S. military forces and the United Nations Command.
Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1977, Mr. Tucker is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was past Chairman of the Young Lawyers Division and a member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and he was a past member of the Board of DIrectors for the Bucks County Bar Associaiton. He was President of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association in 1997, and is a past member of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association's Executive Board.
