A senior member of KingSpry, Jerome B. Frank is a member of the Business Law Practice Group. He has practiced in the Lehigh Valley for over 40 years, concentrating in all aspects of transactional business law, including acquisitions, financing, start-ups and development, as well as in the related areas of real estate law. During his career, he served as counsel for Hess's Department Stores as it developed over 25 years from a single downtown Allentown store to a regional chain of 76 stores stretching from New York State, south to Georgia, and west to Tennessee. He gained vast experience in developing shopping centers, anchor stores, anchor/tenant leases, small store tenant leases, and ground leases.

Presently, Mr. Frank does an extensive amount of real estate work involving land acquisition and facility leases for a large regional health network; he is involved with structuring commercial condominiums; he helps create and counsels small business corporations in all aspects of their corporate needs; and he has extensive experience working with nonprofit corporations in their creation, reorganization and 501(c)(3) approval.

Mr. Frank has served as general counsel to the Allentown Economic Development Corporation as it transitioned from a finance-based organization to a developer of last resort to an economic developer. This work includes the acquisition and disposition of real estate, large financings, and corporate restructuring. He has served as the corporation Interim President and Executive Director to help continue the corporate activities and to complete the search for a full-time Executive Director.

Mr. Frank has served as an adjunct professor of Business Law for 13 years at Lehigh Carbon Community College and has been a lecturer on Business Law, Agricultural Law, Legal Readiness, and Real Estate Law for organizations such as Lehigh Carbon Community College, Northampton Community College, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, local corporations, and agencies. Mr. Frank has appeared on television and radio as a guest panelist.

Mr. Frank is a member and past president of the Allentown West-Western Lehigh County Rotary; Chairman of the Lehigh County General Purpose Authority; and Chairman of the Bridgeworks Enterprise Center Incubator Advisory Council. He formerly served as the Chairman of the Allentown Board of Ethics and was a member of the Lowhill Township Zoning Hearing Board.

Mr. Frank is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Court of Common Pleas for Lehigh County, and the Eastern Pennsylvania District of the U.S. District Court.
