Michael A. Santanasto represents clients in business law, commercial real estate and litigation.
Mr. Santanasto earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Saint Joseph’s University in 2003. During his time at Saint Joseph’s, he was admitted to Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honor Society; was captain of the Saint Joseph’s University Rugby Club; wrote for the student newspaper; and was Vice President of the Student Boosters. While at Saint Joseph’s, Mr. Santanasto interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office between his junior and senior years.
Prior to entering law school in 2004, Mr. Santanasto worked as a legal assistant at the law firm of Maressa, Goldstein, Patterson, Drinkwater, Oddo & Flynn, PC, in Marlton, New Jersey.
In 2007, Mr. Santanasto earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, where he served as President of the Environmental Law Society. He performed pro-bono work assisting bankruptcy attorneys and was a top ten oralist in the Hunter Moot Court competition. Mr. Santanasto participated in the South Jersey Small Business Development Center and interned under the General Counsel for IESI Corp., an environmental services company, while in law school.
During his third year at Rutgers, Mr. Santanasto completed a directed research project on the South African Constitution and traveled to South Africa with other students to meet with South Africa’s Constitutional Court.
Mr. Santanasto is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Northampton County Bar Association and the Philadelphia Justinian Society.
