For the National School Boards Association (NSBA) Conference April 9-11, Ms. Gilsbach will present “Immigration and Education: What Schools Need to Know About the Laws Regarding New Citizens, Non-Citizens and English Language Learners” and “Navigating the Ever-Changing Waters of Public School Employee Healthcare Laws: What’s New, What’s Not and What’s Ahead.”
