Dr. Kathleen Conn, PhD, JD, LLM, is an educator, consultant, and attorney. As a legal scholar, Conn has published numerous commentaries in peer-reviewed law journals, national and international, on topics of bullying, cyberbullying, sexual harassment, student suicides, and school administrators’ responsibilities. She has authored three books and several book chapters, and recorded four hour-long DVDs and numerous webinars. She is an annual presenter at the national Education Law Association (ELA) Conference, and served on the Executive Board of ELA. She has presented frequently at the Australia/New Zealand Education Law Association (ANZELA) Conference, in Wellington, Christchurch, and Rororua, New Zealand, and in Darwin, Australia; and twice at the Oxford Roundtable in England.
