KingSpry is preparing to “Knock Out Pain”on March 14.
Team KingSpry volunteers at many community events throughout the year, so when we heard about the Volunteer Center’s 2015 Volunteer Challenge which pairs business resources with non-profit needs, the search was on to find a knockout idea.
When Family Law paralegal Sarah O’Steen told the firm she was planning an event in support of her dad who has a painful condition called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), everyone naturally wanted to help, and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to throw our hats in the ring.
KingSpry attorneys, employees, family and friends are signing up to take one of two boxing fitness classes at Title Boxing Club (7150 Hamilton Blvd, Trexlertown, PA) on March 14, 2015, at 3pm and 4:30pm. This event is open to the public, and proceeds will go to RSDSA to help raise awareness and fight RSD.
Firm members are also volunteering to register participants, help spread the word about the event, and many people have donated water, snacks and funds to the cause. On May 19, all the Volunteer Challenge projects will be on display at a special event at Coca Cola Park. Check back with KingSpry for more information.
To join the class, please RSVP by email to kassie.ward@titleboxingclub.com or call 610-351-1938.
