Paul S. Frank joined KingSpry in July 2002 and is a partner of the firm. A member of both the Business Law and the Estate Planning and Administration Practice Groups, Mr. Frank's practice is devoted to the areas of business and corporation law, limited liability companies, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations; contracts; business mergers, sales, leasing and acquisitions; commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing; wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives; and estate administration.
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Mr. Frank is a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section of the American Bar Association; the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley; the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; and LeTip of the Lehigh Valley.
Mr. Frank has also served on the Board of Directors for numerous community and civic organizations, including the Small Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; Parkland Area Soccer Club, Inc.; Jewish Family Service of the Lehigh Valley; Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity of Bloomsburg University, Inc.; Project Yachad; and the Allentown Jewish Community Center. He frequently lectures and has authored many articles on business matters and on topics of estate planning and administration. Mr. Frank is a periodic guest on radio station WAEB's More Than Money radio program, where has has also served as guest host.
Born in Allentown, Mr. Frank received his B.A. in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University in 1985. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Frank served four years as the Corporate Marketing Director for the national radio broadcasting company that owned Lehigh Valley radio stations WZZO and WKAP. Mr. Frank returned to school in 1989 and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1992, where he was a staff writer for the Widener University Law Forum and a member of Phi Delta Phi.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Frank became the third generation of his family to practice law, following his father, Jerome B. Frank, who is also a Partner of KingSpry, and his great-uncle, Bernard Frank, who practiced business and estate law in the Lehigh Valley from 1939 until his death in 2002. |
