Our Public Finance Practice Group has a long history of providing diverse public finance legal services to local governments, municipalities and agencies as issuers of general obligation bonds and revenue bonds for financing the construction, development and operation of a variety of capital projects including building construction and renovations, water, sewer and road improvements as well as technology improvements.

Over the years, our Public Finance Team has been involved in a variety of financing structures which include long and short term fixed and variable rate issues, revenue and credit enhanced issues, tax exempt, and on occasion, taxable debt issues to provide funding for a variety of projects for municipalities and agencies. Our Public Finance Team has also served as underwriter's counsel and trustee's counsel and has assisted our public finance clients in interest rate management swap agreements with financial institutions. To date, we have participated in more than 300 tax exempt financings which have raised over four billion dollars.
