Our Public Finance Practice Group has a long
history of providing diverse legal services to local
governments, municipalities and agencies as issuers
of general obligation bonds and revenue bonds for
financing the construction, development and
operation of a variety of capital projects including
building construction and renovations, water, sewer
and road improvements as well as technology
improvements.

members of both the National Association of Bond
Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond
Lawyers, we have been selected by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Office of General Counsel for inclusion on the panel of approved bond counsel for the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority, the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority, the State Public School Building Authority, the Pennsylvania Higher Education Facilities Authority, the State System of Higher Education and the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority.
Over the years, we have been involved in a variety
of financing structures which include long and short
term fixed and variable rate issues, revenue and
credit enhanced issues, tax exempt, and on occasion,
taxable debt issues to provide funding for a variety
of projects for municipalities and agencies. We have
also served as underwriter's counsel and trustee's
counsel and have assisted our clients in interest
rate management swap agreements with financial
institutions. To date, we have participated in more
than 300 tax exempt financings which have raised
over four billion dollars. Our group's experience
enables us to provide efficient and cost effective
legal services.
