Steps to Success: Progressive Discipline Workshop

$100Earlier this year, we hosted a lunch and learn workshop on progressive discipline that highlighted the steps one should take in guiding an employee towards better performance.
As a follow up to that overview, Education and Employment attorney Keely Jac Collins will discuss legally-defensible progressive discipline principles to practical situations school employers face every day, and then workshop the concepts with participants broken up into small groups.
Participants will learn the steps of Progressive Discipline, how to document your efforts in a legally-defensible way, and how to implement an improvement plan.
