KingSpry is proud to support the 5th annual “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” student video contest.
The fifth annual “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” Student Videos Contest has a total of 30 middle schools participating this year from Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
Presented by Manufactures Resource Center (MRC), the Student Video Contest: “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” (WSCM) gives students in Carbon, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties the opportunity to connect directly with local manufacturers, document their experiences and present them in an educational and “cool” way through documentary video production. The contest was created to generate excitement that draws students towards considering manufacturing career paths.
“We are very pleased to launch the Student Video Contest for its fifth year here in the Lehigh Valley. The program’s success is spreading across the state of Pennsylvania and throughout the country,” says Jack Pfunder, President & CEO of Manufacturers Resource Center.
The most outstanding student videos were posted on the What’s So Cool website, https://www.whatssocool.org.
The video awards were presented at a special ceremony on February 27, 2018, at Arts Quest. KingSpry attorney Jonathan Huerta was among the presenters.
