KingSpry is pleased to announce the firm’s continued growth with the addition of two new attorneys.
Alan S. Battisti joins KingSpry as a partner where he will focus his practice in litigation and insurance defense law. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Battisti served most recently as a Director of Forry Ullman. His experience also includes time spent as a Northampton County Solicitor where he represented the county in civil litigation, as well as in matters on behalf of the Departments of Human Services, Children, Youth and Families, Mental Health & Mental Retardation, the Area Agency on Aging, and Gracedale, the county nursing home.
Mr. Battisti earned his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law and his B.B.A. from Temple University. He is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association.
Mr. Battisti volunteers with his family at local shelters and soup kitchens.
Ryan K. Fields joins KingSpry as an associate, where he will be focusing his practice in Family and Education Law. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Fields began his legal career as an intern with the Education Law Center in Philadelphia. Most recently, he was an associate with Pfeiffer, Bruno, Minotti and DeEsch.
Mr. Fields earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and his B.S. in Music Industry from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association.
Mr. Fields volunteers with adults who have developmental or intellectual disabilities with the Indian Creek Foundation, has taught classes and mentored high school students at multicultural leadership conferences, and most recently, hosted a musical benefit for the Alzheimer’s Association.
